KEN BALDWIN

Ken Baldwin has a diverse and extensive work experience. KEN has worked as a District Sales & Operations Manager at Ritz Safety since March 2023, where they previously held the role of District Manager starting in May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Boot Barn as a Business Development Manager from December 2015 to May 2019, overseeing safety workwear programs and managing various retail locations. KEN also had a role in corporate events and on-site services at Boot Barn during the same time period.

Before joining Boot Barn, Ken worked as a Saw Specialist for Starrett from November 2014 to January 2016. KEN also served as a National Sales Representative at RASCO FR from September 2013 to August 2014, managing key accounts and developing B2C strategies.

Ken's earlier work experience includes roles at Baskin's Holdings and Aquisitions, LLC, where they worked as a Social Media Director from February 2009 to August 2013 and also served as an Industrial Sales Manager. During their tenure, they oversaw social media channels, managed website content, and directed a social media manager. KEN was also responsible for identifying a new product category and launching the Industrial category PPE.

Ken had several roles at Baskin's Holdings and Aquisitions, LLC, including Apparel Buyer for Men's, Boy's, Work, and Flame Resistant Apparel from March 2004 to August 2013. KEN was also a General Manager, initially at a B level store and later at a C level store, where they improved overall sales, cut inventory loss, and maximized customer service.

Additionally, Ken worked as a Flame Resistant New Product Consultant at Miller International Inc. from July 2011 to May 2013, providing feedback on the design of new FR products. KEN also worked as a Product Development Consultant at VF Jeanswear from January 2011 to May 2013, where they suggested needs for Ladies FR Jeans and contributed to the successful launch of the new Ladies Wrangler FR jeans.

Furthermore, Ken was selected to be on the Carhartt Retail Advisory Board from July 2001 to July 2009. As a member of the advisory panel, they provided feedback on new product development for the Texas/Louisiana area.
