Neak Kimhak

Neak Kimhak has extensive experience in the field of energy and geology, currently serving as Chief of Department at the Ministry of Mines and Energy since February 2016. In addition to this role, Neak Kimhak has been a Researcher at the Institute of Technology of Cambodia since October 2021 and has held various positions at DKSH, including Assistant since December 2016 and previously as Business Development, INF from February 2015 to February 2017. Earlier career experience includes working as an Assistant Geologist at Riva. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Energy Technology and Management from the Graduate School of ITC, a Master's degree in Petroleum Technology/Refinery from Chulalongkorn University, and two Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature and Georesources and Geotechnical Engineering from Cambodia International Cooperation Institute and the Institute of Technology of Cambodia, respectively.
