Jason McAllister

Jason McAllister is an experienced Director of Client Experience currently leading Riva International, Inc. since May 2023, focusing on empowering customer intelligence through advanced data integration. Previously, Jason served as the Director of Customer Success at Introhive for nearly seven years, where responsibilities included driving product adoption and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Earlier roles included Senior Manager of Customer Success at Introhive, Sr. Customer Success Manager at iTacit Inc., and Regional Technology Consultant at Metafore. Jason has extensive experience in customer relationship management, project implementation, and training delivery, supported by a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Education in Instructional Design from the University of New Brunswick.
