Barbara Eberhard

Barbara Eberhard, PMP, currently serves as Senior Director of Proposal Operations at RIVA Solutions, Inc., since September 2024. Previously, Barbara held positions as Proposal Director at Karsun Solutions and OASIS COPM/Director of Proposal Operations at The Cadmus Group. With extensive experience at IDEMIA National Security Solutions as Senior Director of Proposal Management and Avantus Federal as OASIS Program Manager/Director of Bid and Proposals, Barbara has developed a strong background in proposal and project management. Notable achievements at Northrop Grumman Corporation include leading strategic initiatives and achieving significant win rates in proposal operations.
