Lucy Puckett

Lucy Puckett has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Lucy started their career as an Animal Research Technician at Charles River Laboratories in 2015. Lucy then worked as a Senior Scientific Administrative Assistant at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) before joining Golden Key Group, LLC as a Management Analyst in 2016. At Golden Key Group, they later became the Deputy Program Manager. In 2019, Lucy joined RIVA Solutions, Inc., where they held positions such as Portfolio Manager, Senior Manager of Quality & Enterprise Management, and currently serves as the Director of Corporate Operations. In their current role, they are responsible for streamlining operational efforts, bridging the gap between executive leadership and operational teams, and ensuring operational excellence and quality assurance. Throughout their career, Lucy has demonstrated expertise in strategic decision-making, project management, and quality management systems.

Lucy Puckett, CSM holds a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology and Animal Sciences from North Carolina State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, Scrum Master Certified (SMC), CMMI DEV V1.3 SCAMPI A Appraisal Team Member, Certified Kanban System Design (KMP I), and several others in fields such as travel training, clinical practices, animal research, and food safety.
