Neil Fletcher

Neil Fletcher is the current CEO at Rival Downhole Tools, a company they have been with since 2006. Neil has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Neil began their career with National Oilwell Varco as a regional director, responsible for operations and sales in both the United States and Canada. In this role, Neil was able to increase sales and grow the company's footprint in North America. Under Neil's leadership, Rival Downhole Tools has become one of the leading providers of downhole tools and services.

Neil Fletcher has a MBA from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business in Global Energy. Neil also has a BSBA from Purdue University in Sales Leadership and a BSBA from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Marketing.
