David later pursued an MS in Communications Systems Strategy & Management Program, completing it from Northwestern University in 1999. In terms of certifications, they earned the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in 2019. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL Service Operation certification from the ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in 2004, and the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2003.
