Senior Customer Success Manager at Rival Technologies

Sherry Wang has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Sherry began their career in 2011 at Westin Hotels & Resorts as a Front Desk Management Trainee. In the same year, they joined Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Corporate Trainee and was promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager after completing the program. Sherry then relocated to Malaysia to become an Operations Manager | Front Office Manager, and was promoted to department head within one year. During this time, they also served as an Interim Reservation Manager for two months. In 2021, Sherry joined Rival Technologies as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they work with Fortune 500 and Mid-Market clients to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

Sherry Wang completed a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel Management from Royal Roads University between 2010 and 2011. Sherry also obtained a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Douglas College between 2008 and 2010. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Sales: Customer Success from LinkedIn in 2021, Change Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021, Construction Management Specialization from Coursera in 2020, Agile with Atlassian Jira from Coursera in 2020, Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization from Coursera in 2020, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from Project Management Institute in 2020, and Occupational First Aid Level 1 from Work Safe B.C. in 2014.
