Tiffany M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tiffany currently holds the position of Director of Business Administration at RIVANNA since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at the same company from November 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining RIVANNA, Tiffany worked as an HR Generalist at the Thomas Jefferson Foundation from January 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they implemented innovative methods to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, provided coaching and training to supervisors and managers, and developed recruitment, retention, and compensation strategies.

From April 2016 to January 2020, Tiffany worked at the University of Virginia as a Recruiter/Wage Hiring Specialist. Their responsibilities included providing full-cycle recruitment services, consulting with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with university and government guidelines.

Prior to that, Tiffany worked as a Community Manager at Park Properties Management Company from August 2015 to February 2016. Tiffany was responsible for managing a budget, coordinating marketing initiatives, and maintaining high occupancy rates. Tiffany also briefly served as an Assistant Community Manager at the same company.

Tiffany M. began their education journey in 2005 at the University of Virginia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Religion/Religious Studies. Tiffany studied there until 2009. In 2017, they enrolled at Regent University to pursue their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management, which they completed in 2018. Tiffany then continued their education at Regent University and is currently working towards a Doctorate Degree in Strategic Leadership, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the SHRM institution in July 2023.
