Andreea Boier

Andreea Boier, GPHR, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rivaz Energy, where responsibilities include driving the human capital strategy for a global platform focused on energy, mobility, and critical minerals. Previously, Andreea founded RevitaFixed LLC, offering human capital consulting during times of transition and growth. Additional leadership roles include Chief Human Resources Officer appointments at B–ON and Kairos VC, where Andreea led HR strategies during periods of international expansion and transformation. Roles at DexYP and Accurate Metal Fabricating involved leading HR during private equity-backed turnarounds, while earlier experience at CODA Energy, Keynote Systems, Glenrock Financial Group, and Rhodes Associates involved building HR strategies and talent networks across various sectors. Andreea holds advanced degrees from Cornell University, New York University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.
