Todd Scott is the President & CEO of River Products Company, Inc., where Todd has also served as VP & General Counsel. Todd is also the President of Shamrock Construction Company, LLC, and holds the position of VP & General Counsel at Petroleum Services Company, LLC. Todd was previously a VP at Rock Technology, LLC and worked as an Attorney at Joy, Poffenberger & Poffenberger. Todd holds a Doctor of Law degree from Drake University Law School and Bachelor of Applied Science degrees in Economics and Political Science and Government from the University of Iowa.
