Josh Sanders

Josh Sanders has diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh is currently the Client Services Leader at River Run. Prior to this, they served as the Treasurer & Board Member at the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) - Milwaukee, WI Chapter. Before that, they held the position of SVP Sales at 0 Tolerance Security, LLC.

From 2015 to 2023, Josh worked as a Senior Manager at 403 Labs. Josh was responsible for managing various projects during their tenure.

In 2014, they worked at Spectrum Enterprise as a Senior Business Account Executive.

Before joining Spectrum Enterprise, they served as an Area Sales Manager (OH/KY/IN) at DIRECTV from 2012 to 2013.

From 2007 to 2012, Josh worked at Verizon as a Major, Strategic and National Account Executive.

Prior to their time at Verizon, they held the position of Sales Team Lead at Alltel Wireless from 2003 to 2007.

Throughout their career, Josh has gained valuable experience in sales, client services, and business development.

Josh Sanders has a diverse education history. Josh obtained a Master of Information Systems (MIS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Prior to their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Information Systems Security from the same institution. This degree was completed between 2006 and 2009.

Before attending the University of Phoenix, Josh attended Youngstown State University from 2001 to 2005. At this institution, they pursued an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement.

Besides their formal education, Josh also holds various certifications. Josh obtained the CompTIA Security+ (SY0-601) certification from CompTIA in June 2023. In October 2022, they earned the Fortinet Network Security Associate (NSE 1-3) certification from Fortinet. Prior to these certifications, Josh obtained the CompTIA Security+ (SY0-501) certification in April 2020 and the CompTIA Security+ (SY0-401) certification in July 2017, all from CompTIA.
