Rickey Souvannasane has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT. Rickey began their career as a Microsoft Consultant at Best Buy, where they interacted with customers and provided guidance on computer and tablet selection. Rickey then worked at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee as a Student Dispatch Technician, deploying Dell workstations, providing AV support, and offering on-site assistance to faculty staff. Rickey also served as a Help Desk Technician at the university, managing ticket and call traffic, troubleshooting printers, and maintaining Citrix Sessions.

Afterward, Rickey joined American Transmission Co. as an IT Desktop Administrator Intern, deploying HP workstations, providing AV support in conference rooms, and performing help desk duties. Rickey then worked at Kforce Inc as a Service Desk Technician Analyst, where they managed ticket and call traffic, maintained Active Directory users, and provisioned and maintained Citrix Sessions.

Next, Rickey worked as a Computer Asset Management Technician at ManpowerGroup, where they built and deployed workstations across branches in North America, verified backups, and collaborated with vendors on asset management and deployment projects. Rickey then joined Aurora Health Care as a Data Network Specialist Associate on a contract basis, providing customer support for workstation hardware, installing and supporting computing equipment and software, and setting up personal computers, PDAs, printers, and terminals.

Rickey worked at Froedtert Hospital as a System Support Specialist-Analyst, providing support throughout the hospital and off-site clinics, deploying and configuring workstations, and managing tickets using the Remedy ticketing system. Rickey then joined Milwaukee County District Attorney's office as a Network Technical Specialist, where they trained staff in network setup and usage, solved IT-related issues, supported program usage, and managed network printers.

Currently, Rickey is working at River Run as an Assistant Technical Service Leader, responsible for managing incoming calls and emails for the Remote Support team, inputting client support requests, opening service calls, and ensuring accurate information. Through their various roles, Rickey has gained expertise in technical support, network administration, help desk operations, and client service.

Rickey Souvannasane completed their high school education at Wauwatosa West from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2010 to 2014, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown. They then pursued an IT-Network Specialist degree in the field of Information Technology at Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2011 to 2018.
