Matthew Mahoney

Matthew Mahoney is an accomplished communications professional with a diverse background in media and outreach. Currently serving as the Communications and Outreach Manager at River Valley Co-op since March 2020, Matthew has previously held significant roles at WTIC-TV, including Assignment Editor and Digital Content Producer, where original content development and community engagement were key responsibilities. Prior experience as a Production Technician and Captioner further solidified expertise in live and edited media production. Additionally, Matthew demonstrated leadership as Vice President of Students for Sensible Drug Policy and gained industry insights as a Feature Development Intern at Wonderland Sound and Vision. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ithaca College and an Associate's degree from Holyoke Community College.
