Adam Demchak Pe

Adam Demchak, PE has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Adam started their career as a Production Manager at Lippert Components, Inc in 2004. Adam then worked as a Design Engineer at Helser Industries in 2007 before joining W.P. Hickman as a Design Engineer in 2008. Adam was later promoted to Manager of Engineering and then Director of Engineering at W.P. Hickman. In 2013, Adam joined Flint Group as a Process Engineer. Adam then moved on to Polich Tallix llc in 2014, where they served as the General Manager and later as the Executive Vice President. Since 2017, Adam has been with Riverbend Malt House, first as the VP of Engineering and then as the VP of Engineering & Production.

Adam Demchak, PE attended Miami University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering. Adam also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering during the same period.
