Scott Hickman

Scott Hickman has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Riverbend Malt House, which has been recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in America for three consecutive years. Scott is also the President of Tamalpais Ventures, providing business and strategy consulting for SMEs and family-owned businesses, and serves on the Board of Directors for The Eblen Charities. Previous roles include CEO of W. P. Hickman Company, where the business was named Runner Up for North Carolina Small Business of the Year, and senior positions at notable companies such as Sun Microsystems and eSoft. Scott holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
