Ida Pardo

Ida Pardo is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, consulting, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Riverdale Mills Corp. since May 2012, Ida collaborates with C-Suite executives and Human Resources to shape talent acquisition strategies while enhancing the company's employer branding. As a Consultant at Knott & Company, Inc. since September 2003, Ida provides strategic advice to national and global firms. Previous leadership roles include Executive Director at the Greater China Business Council of New England, where membership and sponsorships significantly increased, and the New England-Latin America Business Council, where membership grew by 500 percent. Ida also directed community economic development at the Metro West Latin American Center and was a founding board member of the Global Business Alliance of New England. Ida holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Michigan State University and has participated in a Cultural and Language Immersion Program at the University of Massachusetts.
