Gabriella Williamson

Gabriella Williamson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Gabriella currently works at Riverflex as a Talent and Community Consultant, where they provide consulting expertise in Digital and Tech Strategy, Transformation, and Data and Analytics. Additionally, they offer Talent Acquisition services in the areas of Digital, Tech, Data, and Cyber Security.

Before joining Riverflex, Gabriella worked at Splash as a Talent and Community Specialist. In this role, they contributed to the growth and automation of the consultancy's business processes, reducing operational time and improving workflows. Gabriella also provided access to a database of freelance consultants for recruitment purposes.

Prior to their roles in the consulting industry, Gabriella gained experience in the HR field at in2food. Gabriella started as a Human Resource Intern and progressed to the positions of HR Administrator and Senior Human Resources Officer.

Gabriella's earlier work experience includes positions in the hospitality industry. Gabriella served as a Front of House Manager and Head Waitress at Java Bistro, and previously worked as a Waitress at Java Cafe Bistro & Wine Bar and Ocean Basket Holdings, where they also held the role of Hostess.

Gabriella Williamson completed their education at Stellenbosch University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services in 2018. In addition to their degree, Gabriella has also obtained several certifications. In May 2023, they completed the "Project Management Foundations: Small Projects" certification from LinkedIn. Gabriella also obtained the "Strategic Thinking" certification from LinkedIn in May 2023. Prior to that, in April 2023, they completed the "Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing" certification, also from LinkedIn.
