Jay Laurence

Jay Laurence has over 10 years of work experience in various roles, starting in 2010 as Mortgage Operations at Lloyds Banking Group. From 2011 to 2013, Jay worked in PPI Operations at Lloyds Banking Group and later took on the role of Client Support at Hargreaves Lansdown. Jay then joined Network Research as an Interviewer in 2012. In 2013, Jay returned to Lloyds Banking Group and worked in PPI Operations for a short period. From 2014 to 2018, Jay held multiple managerial roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Manager of Customer Journeys, Manager of eCommerce Development, Manager of Estate Optimization, and Operations Manager for PPI. In 2018, Jay joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Strategy and Operations. Subsequently, Jay worked at Accenture as a Manager of Strategy and Consulting, focusing on Customer Sales and Service. Jay is currently an Independent Consultant starting from October 2020.
