Kanada Gorla is an accomplished mentor, coach, and guide with extensive experience in leadership development and community engagement. Currently serving as a Mentor, Guide & Coach at Hardwick Estate since January 2022, Kanada focuses on facilitating the transition to a charitable structure with community involvement at its core. As an Executive Coach at THE COMMON PURPOSE CHARITABLE TRUST since 2010, Kanada has supported leaders across the not-for-profit sector in evolving their leadership skills. Additionally, Kanada contributes as a Mentor & Guide at Kin Hill CIC, a Retreat Leader at The Sharpham Trust, and has played a significant role in leadership and cultural transformations at Riverford Organic Farmers. Kanada's commitment to cultivating generative leadership and resilient cultures is evident through various roles, including leadership facilitation at Shine in changing times and co-creating programs for young adults at Embercombe. Kanada holds a BA in Philosophy and Literature from Webster University.
