Brian Pierce is an accomplished manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies, including Riverpoint Medical, ESS, Inc., and Stanley Infrastructure. Significant achievements include designing and fabricating custom tooling, enhancing production processes, and optimizing manufacturing efficiency, resulting in substantial labor and cost savings. With previous roles as a design engineer and industrial manufacturing engineer, Brian has demonstrated expertise in new product development, process improvement, and the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Brian holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.
