Laura Ferrell Eit

Laura Ferrell, EIT, currently serves as a Development Engineer I at Riverpoint Medical, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Laura worked at Arthrex from August 2021 to April 2023, initially as a Suture Manufacturing Engineer I and later as a Suture Manufacturing Engineer. Laura began the professional journey as a Barista at Starbucks from August 2019 to August 2021, where valuable time management and training skills were developed. In the summer of 2020, Laura interned at Cleveland Clinic, focusing on design innovation related to COVID-19, gaining collaboration skills during a pandemic. A brief experience as a Settings Reviewer at System Protection Engineering LLC in 2018 allowed Laura to enhance knowledge of electrical engineering practices. Laura holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, earned between 2017 and 2021.
