Margaret Hermis

Margaret Hermis has worked in the title and escrow industry since 1995. Margaret began their career as a Chiropractic Assistant at Longpoint Chiropractic and Heights Medical Clinic & Village Chiropractic. In 1998, they took on the role of Abstract Clerk at PHT Title Agency, L.P. and Escrow Assistant at Alamo Title Company DFW. In 1999, Margaret became an Escrow Assistant at the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lykos, Fee Attorney for Chicago Title Company. Margaret then moved on to become a Pre-Closing and Post-Closing Escrow Assistant and Accounting/Bookkeeper at StarTex Title Company in 2002. In 2015, Margaret became an Escrow Officer at the Law Office of Phyllis Ocean, PLLC, Fee Attorney for Stewart Title Company. Margaret then joined Priority Settlement Group of Texas in 2019 as an Escrow Officer. Most recently, in 2021, Margaret became a Senior Closer at Zillow. In 2022, they took on the role of Chief Commercial and Residential Escrow Officer/Texas Division (Riverside Title LLC) at Riverside Abstract, LLC.

Margaret Hermis began their educational journey in 1994 when they attended Bellaire High School, graduating with a High School degree in 1997. Margaret then attended Tomball College for one year, earning an Associate of Science degree in 1998. Finally, in 2002, they earned an Associate of Science degree from Houston Community College. Additionally, Margaret Hermis holds an Escrow Officer Certificate from the Texas Department of Insurance.
