Kylie Fletchman

Kylie Fletchman is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Lead for a non-profit since July 2023, where responsibilities include maintaining relations with internal partners and coordinating communication strategies. Fletchman also contributes as a Theater Usher at The Riverside Church, assisting with show preparations and production reporting since September 2021. Previous experiences include a role as a 1824 Mentee at Universal Music Group, focusing on talent discovery and artist promotion, a Braven Accelerator Fellow enhancing leadership skills, and a Creative Department Intern at Broadcast Music, Inc. conducting music research. Fletchman holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Popular Music from The City College of New York, completed in December 2021, and a high school diploma from Kipp NYC College Prep.
