Kimberly Martin

Kimberly is Riverside’s Assistant Vice President for Child & Family Services. Her background includes working with women and families experiencing domestic violence and sexual assault. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is committed to strength-based, family-driven care. She currently serves on the Area Board of the Cambridge DCF office and has been an active member of the Cambridge Safety Net Collaborative. She is passionate about helping staff reach their full potential by focusing not only on career development but also on self-care. When not in the office, Kim can be found spending time with her teenage son, enjoying photography, or hiking local trails with her puggle, Jax.
