David Walton

David Walton is the Director of Training and Development at INSIT Intelligence. David is also a Special Topics Lecturer/Instructor at Riverside Community College, focusing on Drug Impairment Courses. With over 28 years of experience in law enforcement, David has held various positions at Riverside County Sheriff's Department, including Lieutenant at the Ben Clark Public Safety Training Center. David has also served as an Infantry Soldier in the U.S. Army. David holds a B.Sc. in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from California Coast University.
