Irene Lacota

Irene LaCota has a rich background in marketing and business development. Irene served as President & CEO at Richmont Foodservice under Mary Kay Global from 1995 to 2000. Later, they joined It's Just Lunch in 2001, where they held various roles including President/Chief Marketing Officer and Board Member until 2019. Irene is currently the Director of Marketing Excellence at The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm focused on acquiring growing businesses. Additionally, they have experience as the President of IJL Advertising LLC, leading the in-house advertising agency.

Irene LaCota attended Cornell University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Irene later pursued an MBA at the University of North Texas with a focus on Business.
