Megan Chandler

Megan Chandler has extensive experience in talent management, compensation analysis, and yoga instruction. Megan has held leadership roles such as Director of Global Talent Management and Vice President of Global Talent Management at The Riverside Company. Prior to that, they worked in compensation and data analysis at Fortress Investment Group and as a Senior Associate at Buck Consultants. Megan also has experience as a Yoga Instructor at Five Pillars Yoga and has interned at various organizations, including TMK Sports & Entertainment and Buck Consultants.

Megan Chandler completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics and Psychology from Santa Clara University in 2012. Additionally, in 2010, they studied at The Umbra Institute for a short period. Megan also obtained certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork in 2019 and as an RPA from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
