Raymond Gomez is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in water conservation and hydrology. Currently serving as an Assistant Engineer at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District since March 2021, Raymond previously worked as a Civil Engineer at Caltrans from October 2018 to January 2021. Raymond demonstrated leadership skills as the President of the American Water Works Association Student Chapter, where management of Montana's first AWWA student chapter was crucial. Additionally, Raymond gained valuable experience as a Hydrology Intern at the U.S. Geological Survey and as a Project Leader for Carroll College's Engineers Without Borders Student Chapter, overseeing a team on an international project. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Emphasis from Carroll College, earned in 2018.
