Rosalyn Howard

Rosalyn Howard is an accomplished Epic Support Specialist at Riverside County Regional Medical Center Foundation since March 2015, providing direct support to physicians, residents, and support staff in navigating Epic software, troubleshooting workflow issues, and serving as a liaison between end users and analysts. Prior to this role, Rosalyn facilitated Go-Live deployments as an Epic Implementation Support Specialist and developed training materials as a Credentialed Trainer. Rosalyn’s experience also includes serving as a Credentialed Instructional Specialist at Corona Norco Unified School District, where exceptional instructional services were provided to adult learners. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from LeMoyne-Owen College.
