Hayley Jennings

Hayley Jennings has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Hayley currently holds the position of Director of Product Management at Riverside Insights since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Hotel Engine from October 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining Hotel Engine, Hayley was a Senior Platform Product Manager for Clinical Assessments at Riverside Insights from October 2018 to October 2021. Hayley played a crucial role in providing accurate and reliable assessment solutions to help individuals reach their cognitive and learning potential.

Hayley also worked as a Digital Product Manager and IT Project Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from June 2012 to October 2018. In their role as a Digital Product Manager, they focused on clinical assessment platforms, while as an IT Project Manager, they managed various projects, including platform enhancements, server migrations, and testing efforts.

Prior to their tenure at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Hayley gained experience in the recruitment field. Hayley worked as a Technical Recruiter at Instant Technology from May 2011 to May 2012, where they excelled in full life cycle recruitment for technical departments. Before that, they were an Account Manager/Technical Recruiter at Sutoer Solutions from April 2010 to May 2011.

Hayley's earlier experience includes working as a Project Coordinator at the Illinois House Republican Organization from December 2009 to April 2010 and as a Research Assistant at Dr. Nicole Allen's Trauma and Domestic Violence Laboratory from August 2008 to December 2009.

Hayley Jennings attended Hinsdale South High School from 2002 to 2006. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2006 to 2009.
