Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Concurrently, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a Nutritionist at a private clinic, and instructing university-level courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history.
