Candace Hutchins

Candace Hutchins, PMP, is an accomplished Project Manager and Senior Scientist at Riverside Technology, Inc., responsible for managing NOAA Climate Data Records (CDR), including the acquisition of commercial space-based weather data and overseeing contract performance. With extensive experience in project management, Candace has previously served as Operations and Maintenance Project Manager and Research Analyst at Global Science & Technology, Inc., focusing on the operational sustainment of NOAA's Climate Data Records Program. Earlier roles include Administrative Assistant at Scientific Research Corporation and Administrative Officer at Education Research Services, Inc. Candace holds a Master of Arts in Applied Geography from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from East Carolina University.
