Joshua Okrend

Joshua Okrend is a skilled data analyst with extensive experience in managing and analyzing customer engagement data. Since February 2020, Joshua has worked at Riverside Technology, Inc., overseeing the operation of NCEI’s Customer Engagement Requirements Exchange (CEREx) and managing over 80,000 customer interactions. Previous roles include serving as a Food Security Data and Impact Data Analyst with AmeriCorps VISTA, where comprehensive statistical analyses and mapping tools were developed to address food insecurity, and as a Jr. Data Analyst at VSolvit, supporting data analysis for government web projects. Joshua has also gained research experience at North Carolina State University’s Computer Science and Materials Science departments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
