Alisha Frederick

Alisha Frederick has extensive experience in instructional design and financial analysis, primarily at John Deere from 2004 to 2020, where roles included Instructional Designer/Trainer, Instructional Designer/Developer, and Financial Analyst. Responsibilities included developing training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
