Hillary Snyder

Hillary Snyder SPHR has a strong background in human resources, starting with their role as a Human Resource Generalist at New Dimension Human Capital Solutions in 2005, where they helped establish a true human resources function within the organization. From there, they joined Wireless Vision LLC in 2008 as a Human Resource Manager, where they built the human resources department for the company. In 2013, Snyder became the Chief Human Resources Officer at Riverstone Communities LLC, leading a team of three and managing the complete human resources function for the company. Hillary helped build a functional human resources presence that was not present before their hire.

Hillary Snyder SPHR completed their education at the University of Detroit Mercy from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Masters degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Hillary further enhanced their professional credentials by obtaining various certifications, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI in September 2020, SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in June 2015, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2007. Additionally, they obtained several other certifications and completed courses such as Workhuman Certified Professional from Workhuman in May 2022, Kolbe 500 Club and Kolbe Certified™ Consultant from Kolbe Corp in 2022 (without specific month), Managing Your Well-Being as a Leader from LinkedIn in December 2021, and #DiscoverTheTalent: Military Spouse Friendly Hiring Employer from Hiring Our Heroes in August 2021.
