Svenja Birkenhake

Svenja Birkenhake has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as People & Culture Lead to the CRO & CSO at Riverty since July 2013. In this role, Svenja has held various positions including Vice President HR Debt Purchase & International Collection and Director of HR Debt Purchase & International Collection. Previous roles at Riverty include Senior Consultant HR Training & Development and International HR Business Partner for B2C Finance & Collection in the Nordics. Prior to Riverty, Svenja worked as a Junior Product Manager at Heraeus Kulzer and completed a Graduate Trainee program in Marketing/Sales at Heraeus Kulzer GmbH. Svenja holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing and Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) in International Business from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund.
