Rebecca Davis

Rebecca Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rebecca currently holds the role of Director of Human Resources at Riverview Retirement Community since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at the same company from November 2020 to November 2023.

Before joining Riverview Retirement Community, Rebecca was a Business Administration & Human Resource Management Student at Eastern Washington University from September 2017 to March 2020.

Rebecca also has experience in the retail industry, having worked at Bloomingdale's as a Sales Manager from March 2010 to December 2012, and as a Regional Merchandise Manager from January 2007 to March 2010.

Earlier in their career, Rebecca worked at Finlay Fine Jewelry where they held various roles including Director of Stores-Robinsons-May, Carson's/Yonkers/BonTon division from April 2004 to December 2006, and Regional Manager, Branch Manager, Sales from June 1988 to March 2004.

Rebecca Davis completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, Health Services Administration from Eastern Washington University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Spokane Falls Community College in 2017. Rebecca also attended Norco College from 2013 to 2015, studying Business Administration and Management, General, but did not earn a degree from there.
