Food Tech at Riverview School

Carol Ososkie has extensive experience in the culinary and food service industry, currently serving as a Sous Chef at Plum Market Metro Airport since November 2015, where responsibilities include preparing breakfast and salads, as well as customer service. Since August 2012, Carol has also worked as a Food Tech at Riverview School, cooking lunch for three elementary schools and averaging 500 meals daily. Additionally, Carol takes on the role of General Contractor at Temo, handling various tasks such as painting and cleaning. From 2003, Carol has managed customer service at Tim Hortons while maintaining a long-standing position as a Chef Instructor at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services, where approximately 200-300 meals are prepared in a short timeframe. Previously, Carol served as Senior Food Technologist at Riverview Middle School from 1999 to 2015. Carol holds a High School Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training and has additional education in Business Administration and Management.
