Patrick Bertram

Patrick Bertram is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Patrick was an Associate at Princeville Global in San Francisco where he focused on growth equity investments in the enterprise software sector. Previously he was part of the software team within the Technology Investment Banking Group at Barclays in Menlo Park. While there Patrick supported the execution of advisory and capital markets transactions, including over $25 billion of M&A volume. Before joining Barclays, he held investment banking positions at Mizuho Securities, RBC Capital Markets and Truist.

Patrick received a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and earned minors in Corporate Strategy and Finance.
