Andres Florez Ncarb

Andres Florez NCARB, DBIA, LEED AP BD/C is a highly experienced professional in the architecture and construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Lead Technical Program Manager at Rivian, where key initiatives in Facilities Improvement projects are managed for R1, EDV, and R2/R3 production. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager positions at Rivian and Sares Regis Group of Northern California, and Sr. Development Project Manager at WeWork. Florez has extensive experience in managing various development projects and facilitating cross-team collaboration, with a strong focus on cleanroom and dry room spaces, as well as new developments in the Bay Area and Vancouver. Additional experience includes design management and preconstruction roles at HENSEL PHELPS and WEBCOR Builders, where expertise in VDC/BIM technologies was applied. Florez holds a B.A. in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver.
