Colin Aranowitz

Colin Aranowitz is a skilled mechanical engineer with significant experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Validation Engineer II at Rivian since January 2021. Colin has held various engineering roles at Rivian, including Powertrain Test Engineer, Vehicle Modeling Engineer - Propulsion Simulation, and Launch Engineer - Vehicle Dynamics. Responsibilities have encompassed troubleshooting brake system controls, developing verification tests for chassis control modules, and improving assembly line procedures for brake systems. Earlier experience includes a Powertrain Engineering Internship at Rivian, where analysis of drive cycle data and design validation for welded transmission components took place, as well as mechanical engineering co-op positions at Edelbrock Corporation and Textron Specialized Vehicles.
