Craig Pyke is a seasoned HR and talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR and Talent Partners as well as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Rivian, Craig has previously held positions including Talent Acquisition Manager at Continental and Senior Recruiter/Account Manager at Jatca Inc., specializing in high-speed automation and mechatronics. Additionally, Craig has worked as a recruiter for Brose North America and has held roles as a Technical Recruiter and Staffing Manager at Kelly Services, focusing on the automotive sector.
