Frank Dauerer

Frank Dauerer is an experienced automotive professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Service Readiness at Rivian since June 2021. Previously, Frank held various roles at Jaguar Land Rover North America, including Regional Aftersales Manager for the Western Region and Brand and Product Training Manager, where responsibilities included analyzing dealer operations and managing training for new product launches. Frank also served as North America Business Operations Manager and Range Rover Product Manager at Jaguar Land Rover UK and North America, respectively. Earlier career experiences include roles at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd and Land Rover North America, focusing on aftersales support and technical assistance. Frank began a career in the automotive industry as an Automotive Apprentice at Porsche and holds an M.B.A. from the USC Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
