Katelyn Merrill

Katelyn Merrill, NCIDQ, LEED GA, WELL AP, is a Senior Project Manager for Furniture & Styling at Rivian since July 2025. Previously, Katelyn served as Sales Lead for Southern California and New York & New Jersey at Hem, achieving significant revenue growth, including a 723% increase in regional sales during the first quarter post-relocation. Katelyn's extensive background in interior design includes impactful roles at BDG architecture + design, HOK, and WeWork, where notable projects encompassed the WPP campus in Atlanta and the Disney Plus Streaming Services NYC headquarters. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Virginia Tech and has completed a pre-college program in Interior Design at Pratt Institute.
