Kathryn McAdam

Kathryn McAdam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and finance. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Compensation Programs at Rivian since December 2022, Kathryn previously held multiple roles at Atlassian, including Global Compensation Business Partner and Compensation Lead. Additional experience includes Finance Manager at Madison Reed, Senior Manager of Compensation at SiriusXM, and various financial analyst positions at Pandora, Ross Stores, and Safeway. Kathryn earned an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University-Sacramento.
