Kaysha Lopez

Kaysha Lopez is an Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at Rivian. Kaysha has previous experience working as an Administrative Assistant at Karma Automotive LLC from February 2016 to November 2019. In their previous position, they were responsible for maintaining the organizational chart for Moreno Valley, scheduling interviews for executive and non-exempt roles, assisting with employee life-cycle transactions, monitoring planned visits/visitors, facilitating and executing all plant events, overseeing receptionist duties, drafting correspondence, arranging travel plans, coordinating itineraries, and maintaining project tracking spreadsheets. Kaysha is also the captain of the suggestion program for the Moreno Valley Plant.

Kaysha Lopez has an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Development from Riverside City College and a Diploma in College Prep from Downey High School. Kaysha is currently studying Computer Science at Santiago Canyon College.

Their manager is Helen Russell, Chief People Officer. They work with Cindy Nicola - VP, Talent Acquisition, Leslie Williams - Head of Candidate Experience, and Joe Drew-Hundley - Director of Belonging.
