Lisa E. Hazel

Lisa E. Hazel, MBA, is an experienced manager in new product introduction and supply chain management, currently serving as Manager of NPI Process at Rivian since December 2022. In this role, Lisa leads engineering change management improvements and oversees SAP system integration and master data management, alongside program management for product development life cycles. Previously, at Ford Motor Company, Lisa held various leadership positions, including New Product Introduction Project Lead and Material Planning and Logistics Program Production Management & Plant Broadcast Supervisor, where strategic plans and best practices were developed for materials and production schedules. Lisa's career began at AM General LLC as a Buyer & Senior Material Planner, managing military vehicle materials. Lisa holds an MBA from Lawrence Technological University and a BA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
