Manikanta Naidu Ravanam

Manikanta Naidu Ravanam is a highly experienced Staff Metrology Engineer with extensive expertise in design and quality assurance. Currently at Rivian since February 2021, Manikanta previously held roles such as Senior Metrology Engineer and Executive at Tata Advanced Systems Ltd, where responsibilities included designing jigs and fixtures for C-130J empennage assembly. Prior experience includes positions as a Laser Tracker Operator at Sneha Synergy Solutions Private Limited and as a Quality Engineer at both Aster Private Limited and TAL Manufacturing Solutions Limited, where Manikanta operated various laser tracking systems and conducted inspections. Manikanta holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Murray State University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Bonam Venkata Chalamaiah Engineering College.
