Max Jones

Max Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Supply Chain & Logistics at Rivian since July 2019, Max coordinates with directors and program managers to align team efforts with departmental strategy. Prior roles at Rivian include Manager of NPI Change Management, where leadership and development of a team of over 45 individuals were key responsibilities, and Senior Engineering Change Coordinator, focusing on execution processes and reporting structures for engineering changes. Previous experience at Belcan and CGN Global involved improving quality control processes and supplier performance. Max holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University and possesses skills in 8-D Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
